Top News and Magazines Apps Performance in Ecuador Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the top news and magazines applications on a unified platform in Ecuador showcased diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue, according to Sensor Tower data.

X (Formerly Twitter) from X Corp. experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking around $5.7K during the week of November 25. Weekly downloads showed a gradual increase towards the quarter's end, reaching approximately 12.8K in the week of December 23. Active users saw a dip mid-quarter but rebounded to about 2.1M by the end of December.

Noticias Telemundo showed a significant spike in downloads, particularly during the week of November 11, with approximately 14.9K downloads. Active users also surged to around 9.8K in the same period before stabilizing at around 3.3K by the quarter’s end.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar maintained a steady download rate, with a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, averaging around 400 downloads weekly. Active users saw a consistent increase, ending the quarter at approximately 6.6K.

Dailyhunt - News & Magazines exhibited stable weekly downloads, with minor variations, and ended the quarter with about 225 downloads. Active users showed a slight uptick, closing the quarter at approximately 8.8K.

Way2News Daily News App observed a notable increase in downloads in early December, reaching about 422. Active users peaked mid-quarter at around 12.8K before settling at approximately 10.5K.
